These 2 large barrels were left in front of my mailbox for the past week! Not mine. Came from construction being done up the street. Nice to dump their garbage for me to get rid of. Is the construction going on up there legal? Is this dumping legal? And I will get grief from the garbage pickup when it comes tomorrow or I can leave it on the street like all the other uncaring residents on this street that now rent.
