LAKEWOOD, NJ, INSPECTIONS DEPARTMENT

We are all very much aware of what's taking place at the Lakewood Inspections department. They are being run over by the "power elite members" of Lakewood; soon enough, I believe, they will be completely closed down.

We have to wonder where the State of New Jersey sits on this, and why they haven't stepped in to take over this agency, is beyond comprehension.

If a member of the Orthodox, who also happens to be a slum lord, doesn't like what's being done there, they all get together, as a larger group, and sue the township. And funny enough, they win!

But in reality its not funny at all;

The township of Lakewood is looking more and more like a dump!
We still have a food market, a very large one, being operated out of a TENT located near the Lakewood Post Office - it was supposed to be a "temporary" matter, but has not become permanent. No one else would ever get away with such.

We have locations like Route 88 - (Ocean Avenue) looking more and more like slums. The homes that are located along this stretch leave much to be desired. The Inspections Department was supposed to be taking over this location and demanding that these homes either get fixed up to code or knocked down. I've not seen one place taken down. It's an embarassment to drive down this road - not to mention the huge eye sore that it has become. And bear in mind we have many who travel this stretch of road and thank Father in heaven they don't have to live there!!

We have a local church here, right across from the Ocean County Park that has invited, many times, the Mexican Consulate to town. Why? So that they can charge a minimal fee; claim to look at those worthless Matriculate Cards, offered as identification, and hand out PASSPORTS! No "legal", taxpaying American citizen can ever try to pull this off in the real world. They are given PASSPORTS before they leave the church! That's how fast the process is. When's the last time YOU applied for a passport and received it INSTANTLY?!! Exactly.

Exactly how many illegal aliens are there currently in Lakewood? I'm sure nobody knows the exact numbers because theres no way of tracking someone who does not have legal authority to be present here in America.

Gang violence, drug activity, domestic violence, sexual crimes, theft, break-ins, etc., are certainly increasing, regardless of what those in power claim. Those who are forced to live among these criminals know better.

What happened to the Quality of Life for residents of Lakewood?

Can the normal everyday resident of Lakewood segregate themselves as the "power elite" are able to? Are there not Federal Laws against such? Imagine if we all could pick and chose who we wish to have as our neighbors - But some here do just that, and again, it's completely permitted.

Instead of living together, some are building walls to isolate themselves from those they happen to rent to and give work to.

How much longer before the township committee wakes up and fixes what is so wrong in Lakewood?

As residents of Lakewood we need to take back the town. We need to make a statement on voting day in November. We need to ensure that there are no buses being unloaded with the "power elite" members from out of state coming here to simply ensure who "they" want is voted in. These practices need to stop.

Going outside of Lakewood seems to do nothing for the connections and influence of the "power elite" climb the federal ladder levels as well.

Its time to wage war against what's taking place here - There are many ways to fight a battle - you don't need weapons of mass destruction. But you do need to have residents beyond you. The senior groups need to step up to the plate and help out as well. Being nestled in your communities isn't good enough - we need your help and support as well. For your numbers are great and can make a huge difference.

We need to start by getting out the "influencial" characters of Lakewood OUT OF THE INSPECTIONS DEPARTMENT NOW!!

We also need a NEW NEWSPAPER THAT WILL ACTUALLY GET OUT THERE AND REPORT THE TRUTH - AND NOT THE SMEAR CAMPAIGN THEY ARE ALWAYS SPEWING!!
