Cedarbridge will have multi-family; page 18 of 36 Smart Growth Plan
I just skimmed over the 36 page document.
Of significance is that there is no longer the corporate park, as originally proposed.
Rather, many acres are proposed for multi-family/affordable housing. The area is along Pine Street, across from Pine River Village, as well as an area along the boulevard, from Pine street, and on the western side of that roadway.
Question, since the contract for the development of Cedarbridge Development Urban Renewal Corp appears null and void, does this mean the township cancels that Option Agreement and puts it out to bid once more?
